The Diploma in Tour Guiding and Administration is a comprehensive two-year program that is tailored to prepare students for careers in the Travel and Tourism Industry. The program provides the students with requisite and enhanced guiding, naturalist and other operational competencies necessary for Travel & Tourism.
Certificate in Travel & Tour Operations
This is a one and a half years’ programme that provides students with competencies on how to design tour packages, cost tours and present the tour packages to the clients; differentiate and recommend different modes of transport and calculate airfares, car rental fares, cruise fares, and make reservations using Computer Reservation Systems.
Certificate in Tour Guiding & Administration
This is a one and a half years’ programme that provides students with competencies on all aspects of tour guiding and how to design tour packages, cost tours and present the tour packages to clients.
