Kenya Utalii College management is committed to developing a highly qualified and globally competitive Human Resource for the Tourism and Hospitality Industry through quality, Training, Partnerships and Enterprise in order to consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all interested parties.

To fulfill this commitment, management shall create a framework for establishing quality objectives at all functional levels and allocate the resources required to guarantee adherence to relevant legal requirements and the standards of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems, while ensuring continual improvement of the management system and performance of quality and sustainability.

Management  shall  informing all pertinent parties about the quality policy, ensuring it is regularly assessed for appropriateness, and monitoring the policy and set goals for  achievement of quality.
