The Hotel management Course is a three year diploma course designed to equip students with knowledge and skills of hospitality facilities management. The programme exposes students to operational approaches of supervising and managing hospitality establishments.

Diploma in Front Office Operations & Administration

This is one and half years course programme that prepares students to effectively work in a hotel as Receptionist, Guest Relations Officers, Reservation officers, cashiers and Front Office Accounts Auditors.

Diploma in Culinary Arts

The Program trains and develops food production personnel for the Hospitality industry. The course offers intensive practical and theoretical skills and competencies alongside a hands-on approach to the daily operations of a professional Kitchen.

Diploma in Food & Beverage Management

This is a one and half year program covering all aspects of Food and beverage operations and Food and beverage supervisory skills. In addition to the theoretical learning, the course entails intensive practical training at the demonstration restaurant, application Utalii hotel, and three months in training in various Kenyan Hotels. 

Diploma in House Keeping & Laundry Operation

The Housekeeping and Laundry Course is an intensive program designed to equip the students with the key fundamentals of managing Housekeeping and Laundry operations in the hospitality industry.
