Basic certification course for practicing guides is a one month theoretical and field oriented certificate programme that targets practicing Tour Guides.
The goal of this programme is to equip the trainee with knowledge and skills necessary for professional Tour Guiding in a way that enhances both the client satisfaction and environmental quality, it will also facilitate the accreditation of Tour Guides by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA)
